Joshua

Joshua was one of two people from the original tribe of Israel (part of the exodus) that God permitted to enter into the promised land. This was as a result of being faithful when the rest of Israel continually doubted the promise of God.
It is written...
and they spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying: “The land we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. 8 If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, ‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’ 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them.”
Numbers 14: 7-9
Even though God constantly showed Himself to them signs, miracles and provision they (Israel) still doubted in Him.
This was the promise given to Joshua for his faithfulness was as follows
Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.
Joshua 1:3
May we all be as Joshua, steadfast and faithful even in the sight of our giants.
